About this project
External renovation works at The Old Market House on Chapel Street, one of Penzance’s historic streets. The elevations were repaired and redecorated, sash windows overhauled and the whole frontage brought back to a clean, crisp finish appropriate to the conservation area.

A historic frontage restored to its best, standing proud again on one of the oldest streets in Penzance.
Ben and his team completed a full renovation of the downstairs of our house including removing walls. Ben explained the whole process well, was able to offer advice when needed and communicated early on when they would need certain fittings during the build. We moved back in towards the end of the renovation and found the team easy to have around the house, polite and helpful if I had any questions. The whole experience was professional and I would use Ben and his team again for future work. A very happy customer
