In recent years he has carried out a full kitchen and utility renovation in our home, as well as laying new flooring across the downstairs of our house. Ben and his Team made a full size renovation of our Cottage in Mousehole during Covid times. Us living in south Germany, meant communication by telephone and zoom, but most important, somebody really taking care on site. Ben turned out to be not just a brilliant craftsmen, but also a care-taker, or even better a project manager setting up timelines with his subs and coordinating the whole process in close (zoom) communication with us. Total cost were close to forecasted, deviations were coming up, but mainly caused by the hidden condition of the house. So we give Ben and his Team 5 stars. Ben explained the whole process well, was able to offer advice when needed and communicated early on when they would need certain fittings during the build.
