About this project
A complete reroof and chimney rebuild on Bay View Terrace in Penzance. The old covering was stripped back, the chimney was taken down and rebuilt in brick with new pots and leadwork, and the roof was reslated with a new roof window, new valleys and crisp lead detailing throughout.

A sharp new slate roof and a properly rebuilt chimney, weathertight and finished to stand over the terrace for decades to come.
