About this project
Roof works on a Grade II listed building on South Parade in Penzance. The failed old roof was carefully taken down and a new structure built, then finished as a wet laid slate roof using Cabana slates with hip tiles, lead dressings and belcasts in the traditional manner.

A traditional wet laid slate roof, correct for the listed building and built to shrug off Cornish weather for generations.
