About this project
Extensive restoration works at a Grade II* listed granite manor house at Roscadghill on the edge of Penzance. Works covered the full range of heritage skills, from masonry and lime work to roofing, sash windows and internal joinery, all carried out with listed building consent and traditional methods.

The outcome
One of our proudest projects, a listed manor house conserved with the right materials and craftsmanship for the next chapter of its long life.
Ben and Co have undertaken numerous jobs for us in the past both commercial and domestic from re building chimneys to a knock through kitchen and installation of steel supports, bi fold doors, new kitchen, new outdoor decking etc. Ben always gives a professional service and his staff are always friendly and obliging too.
