About this project
A full renovation of a period terrace on Mennaye Road in Penzance. The whole house was taken back and rebuilt room by room, finishing with a new kitchen with deep blue tiling, oak worktops and a range cooker, alongside fresh limestone flooring through the ground floor.

Ben and his Team made a full size renovation of our Cottage in Mousehole during Covid times. Us living in south Germany, meant communication by telephone and zoom, but most important, somebody really taking care on site. Ben turned out to be not just a brilliant craftsmen, but also a care-taker, or even better a project manager setting up timelines with his subs and coordinating the whole process in close (zoom) communication with us. Total cost were close to forecasted, deviations were coming up, but mainly caused by the hidden condition of the house. So we give Ben and his Team 5 stars. Simply trustful and reliable craftsmen, always aiming a perfect result for their customer. Thank you Ben!
