About this project
Major works at a bungalow in the Gwavas area of Newlyn, starting from the ground up. New drainage and retaining walls were formed with machine work on a tight sloping site, before the structure itself was opened up, re-framed and insulated ready for a full internal fit out.

The outcome
A solid, dry and properly insulated shell with new drainage and structure throughout, ready for decoration and many decades of easy living.
Ben and his team completed a full renovation of the downstairs of our house including removing walls. Ben explained the whole process well, was able to offer advice when needed and communicated early on when they would need certain fittings during the build. We moved back in towards the end of the renovation and found the team easy to have around the house, polite and helpful if I had any questions.
