About this project
A complete conversion of a commercial building on Causeway Head in Penzance. The property was stripped back to its stone and brick, with damp cut out, floors rebuilt and every service renewed, then fitted out as contemporary apartments with new kitchens, marble and green tiled shower rooms and calm, coastal bedrooms behind the original street windows.

The outcome
From a gutted shell to fully finished apartments, with every room rebuilt from the structure out and interiors good enough to book a stay in.
Ben and Co have undertaken numerous jobs for us in the past both commercial and domestic from re building chimneys to a knock through kitchen and installation of steel supports, bi fold doors, new kitchen, new outdoor decking etc. Ben always gives a professional service and his staff are always friendly and obliging too.
